Questions
Answered plainly, including the ones where the answer is no.
Is Oplo publicly traded?
No. Oplo is privately held. There is no ticker symbol, no listing on any exchange, and no public market for its shares.
Can I invest in Oplo?
There is no public offering. Enquiries about investment reach us at the address on the contact page and are answered by a person rather than a form.
Who runs the company?
Saswat Ji, Founder. There is no board of directors yet; the leadership page says so directly and commits to publishing one before it takes effect.
What does Oplo make?
Hardware, software, and AI models designed to run on the device rather than in a data centre. Everything is in development, and every product page on this site states as much.
When do products ship?
No shipping date has been announced. When one is, it appears in the newsroom first.
Does Oplo publish financial statements?
No. A private company is not required to, and Oplo does not.
Where do governance documents live?
On the leadership and governance page, each listed with its real status — in preparation, available on request, or not applicable while private.
